Shipping Information

All orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail. Our Shipping is weight based and will show you the exact price in checkout. Visiti our Shipping Prices page for a full a guide of our shipping options.

We deliver to most places including the UK, Europe, and many other selected international destinations. Some International Countries are not be included, if you can’t find your country please message us as we may need to arrange alternative shipping carrier.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Note we cannot mark the package as a gift or change the item price on the customs label.

We’re aware that sometimes your items may go missing, which we have no control over. Mail companies wait 15 business days to declare a package lost, we will of course send you a refund if you haven’t received it after 15 business days for the UK and 28 business days for the EU and Rest of World.
