This will depend on the status of your order. Please click here to send us an email stating your order number and what you would like amended (Please be aware other colours / sizes are not always available). And we will confirm if the changes can be made.

This depends how far your order is currently in the system. Please click here to send us an email stating your order number and that you wish to cancel your order. If it is possible, we will cancel and issue a refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your order if a discount code was not originally applied at checkout.

If your discount code is not working this means it is no longer valid and has expired.

Payment Information

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.

All Payments are taken in UK sterling (GBP). If your purchasing from outside the UK, the GBP price will be converted to your own currency by your bank/card operator.

Yes, we will not process your order until payment has been received.

Delivery Information

All orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail. Our Shipping is weight based and will show you the exact price in checkout. Please check out our shipping page for individual shipping options prices and timeframes.

We deliver to most places including the UK, Europe, and many other selected international destinations.

Customers can use the tracking number we provide with your order and track via visiting Royal Mail Track and Trace Website.

International orders will be delivered by your local postal company and you can use the tracking number provided on their websites.

Yes, any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information before you order. Note we cannot mark the package as a gift or change the item price on the customs label.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select pick up your order on our website but if you contact us with the name of the item and size, we so can make arrangements for you to pick up in our Conwy Store.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and fully tagged. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip), simply make a note if an exchange or refund is required and pop it back in with your return.

We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your Order is damaged, has manufacturing fault or defective, please send us an email at to enquire if the same item is available. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will not be included in your refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment method you used to place your original order, within 2-4 days but may take longer to appear on your account statement. We will email you to confirm a refund has been made.

Underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

Yes, all items can be returned for a refund. You will be refunded the price you paid for the item. If you have used a discount code on your order you will be refunded the discounted price.
