Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and this can be exercised in writing or email. You can find ur contact details on the contact page here.

Returns

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and fully tagged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip), simply make a note if an exchange or refund is required and pop it back in with your return.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product; therefore, any damage may result in the return being refused.
If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Smart Ass Menswear is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will not be included in your refund.
We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your Order is damaged, has manufacturing fault or defective, please send us an email at darren@smartassmenswear.co.uk to enquire if the same item is available. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.) Note: Underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment method you used to place your original order, within 2-4 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Bank/Credit Card /Paypal account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at darren@smartassmenswear.co.uk.
